PRISTINE
Red Rice is the most referred rice in the ancient Ayurvedic text as Raktasali in Charaka and other Samhitas. It provides a variation to the meal. Pristine is a pioneer in manufacturing organic and nutritional products using a variety of diverse crops. How to Use: Add 1 part of rice to 2 parts water in the vessel. Place the vessel in the pressure cooker and cook the rice on a high flame till it blows 1 whistle. Lower the flame and cook the rice for the next 3 whistles. It can be used as curd rice, rasam rice, rice kheer, dosa, idli, idiyappam, neer dosa.
